Believing

We all have intimidating doubts about our faith. One morning we are excited and believing that everything is possible with the help of God, and another day, we do not believe God so much as the day before. Spiritual warfare is real, and we are wrestling with negative thoughts that invade our minds. How powerful our mind is. I no longer wonder of who created it. God is logical and wants us to use our reasoning to think about Him, to study Him, and Pursue Him. When encountered with all these thoughts, questions, I will search more of Him by studying His word. We suppress thoughts and feelings that drive us to question God, His creation, our purpose. However, follow by this fight in our minds, here is the opportunity to look for more of Him and use our logic and reasoning to know Him a little more. “Knowing that the trying of your faith develops patience” (James 1:3-6).
